This 10-DVD 1st Dan Black Belt Course is a modern version of the Filipino wrestling art of “Buno!” Buno (aka Filipino Judo or Wrestling) is a Tagalog word meaning “to throw” is primarily an empty hand fighting system developed by the indigenous people of the Philippines Islands. There are literally hundreds of styles of Buno practiced throughout the Philippines.

This No-Gi course is an updated approach to Buno that also incorporates other modern grappling systems like American Wrestling & Freestyle Judo. Also taught traditionally in Buno is the offensive & defensive use of the Knife! Other weapons included are the Single Stick & the Single Sword! This (non-uniform) simple yet effective course will bring your Filipino Grappling to another level!

You will learn; Combative Filipino Stand-Up Empty-Hand Fighting, Standing Submissions (Chokes, Wrist & Arm Locks), Throws & Takedowns, Basic Grappling Drills, Ground Fighting Positions & Submissions (Chokes, Arm & Leg Locks) & Reversals!
