This 3 DVD 2^nd Dan NHB course teaches you how to flow in all 4 ranges of Cage-Fighting using various training equipment. You will learn multiple Ground-Fighting Positions, Submissions & Reversals. You will learn various Luta Livre Clinch Take-downs into submissions. You will be taught a Hybrid style of Ground-fighting submissions. You will also learn the science of Leg Locks. This 2^nd Dan level is influenced by the grappling systems of: BJJ/Vale Tudo, Japanese MMA (Shooto), & Luta Livre/Catch-Wrestling!
