This unique (Gi & No-Gi) Yudo course was designed for both street self-defense and basic level submission grappling tournaments! Also included is a “Grappling Drills” segment to prepare you for basic competition.

This is an extremely easy-to-learn Yudo Freestyle course that anyone of any age can learn!

Belt Level Outline:

White to Yellow (2-DVD set)-Basic (Gi) Throws, Takedowns, Points of Unbalance, Grappling Drills, Rolls & Falls, Warm-Ups & Stretching

Orange-Basic Ground Fighting positions, (Gi) submissions & counters

Green-“Freestyle Yudo” level will teach you various Throws needed for both No-Gi Submission Grappling or MMA tournaments! You will learn; Takedown Drills, Clinch Counters, Outer Reaping Throw, Inside Reaping Throw, One Arm Shoulder Throw, 8 Angles of Off-Balancement variations, Timing your Throws, Hip Toss, & the Neck Toss!

Blue

-Clinch Takedowns into No-Gi Ground-fighting Submissions including Leg Locks!

Red

-Standing Submissions (Gi & No-Gi) with Combative Strikes & Street Self-Defense

1st Dan Black-Yudo style Submissions & Reversals for various ground fighting positions! Also taught is Self-Defense scenarios! On the part-2 DVD you will learn traditional Hapkido style standing locks into Take-downs!
