This 8-DVD JKD-Grappling Concepts Apprentice-Instructor/1st Degree Black Belt course is rooted in the combative concepts of Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do. This (No-Gi) combative grappling system teaches you foundational techniques from the grappling systems of; Freestyle Wrestling, Catch-Wrestling, Greco Roman Wresting, Freestyle Judo, Japanese Jujitsu and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Freestyle. AND you will learn “Kino Mutai” the barbaric Filipino system of Eye Gouging & Biting in order to defeat a skilled grappler using lethal techniques that is NOT allowed in the Cage, Submission Grappling Tournaments or in the Ring!

You will also learn basic; Takedowns, Sweeps, & Throws, Grappling Drills, Standing Submissions (Wrist & Arm Locks, Chokes & Neck Cranks), and multiple Ground Fighting Positions such as the; Mount, Cross Mount, Rear Mount, Closed Guard, Open Guard, 1/2 Guard, Butterfly-Guard, Scarf-Hold, Knee-on-the-Stomach, Reverse Sit-Out, North & South, Ground-fighting Submissions (Chokes, Arm & Leg Locks), & Reversals! Sijo-Bruce Lee utilized the most street combative techniques in every range of combat (kicking, punching, clinch & ground).  And on a scene from his 1971 American TV Show; “Longstreet” he told his student to viciously BITE when an opportunity arises in the grappling range! This is NOT a Sport Grappling system, but a Street-Fighting Grappling System that anyone can learn at their own pace!!!
