This Red Belt level will teach you Freestyle Grappling! On this 3-DVD set you will learn various basic (No-Gi) grappling drills including sprawling methods, clinch pummel drills, shooting drills, hip-escape drill, Ground Control Drills into basic Submissions, falls & rolls, and Catch Wrestling clinch takedowns into basic upper & lower body submissions!
