This is The GI-Grappling Level. You Will Learn the Basics of Judo Throws/Sweeps, & the Basics of Brazilian (GI) Jiu-Jitsu Groundfighting. The Ground positions taught are the; Mount, Guard, Open-Guard, 1/2 Guard, Side Mount, Knee on the Stomach, Scarf-Hold, & the Back Position. This Level is Perfect for those that have never learned GI-Grappling!! Plus there is a Bonus Chapter lesson on Kung Fu Trapping vs. Traditional Karate Blocks!
