(This series contains the 1st Degree Black Belt/Basic-Instructor DVD’s) This series will equip you to become a successful coach or competitor in No-Gi submission grappling competition! Continuing from the 1st Degree series, the additional techniques taught are; Freestyle Wrestling Ground techniques & Takedowns, Advanced Greco Roman Throws, Advanced Freestyle Judo Throws like; Osoto Gari, Ouchi Gari, Drop-Seoi-Nagi, and Uchi-Mata, also includes Kuzushi drills, and Clinch & Throw counters. Also shown are Brazilian Vale Tudo Throws, BJJ strategy on how to close the distance against a striker, including Takedowns against the cage. Also taught are advanced Shoot Wrestling (Japanese MMA) Ground Fighting techniques using; Neck Cranks, Knee Bars, Ankle Locks & much more!
