Takedowns covered include the single leg, swing single, cutting corner, double leg and others. We also teach American Wrestling whizzer techniques vs. Brazilian Vale Tudo Takedowns. And we conclude this advanced submission wrestling series with the science of Brazilian-Vale Tudo Throws & Takedowns vs. a Striker needed for MMA competition. Also taught are authentic & advanced Wrestling & Judo Grappling/Conditioning Drills!

From Freestyle BJJ, Shooto (Japanese MMA), Catch Wrestling & Japanese Jiu-Jitsu you will learn; The Spider Guard, advanced upper & lower body submissions like the; Peruvian Neck Tie, Go-Go Plata, Japanese Jujitsu Ground-fighting Wrist & Arm Locks, Japanese Shooto Leg locks (Foot, Ankle, Knee) & so much more!
