Description

This Filipino Arnis 4-DVD Apprentice-Instructor/1st Dan Black Belt Course teaches you basic; Single Stick, Double Stick, Sword and Knife fighting techniques. You will learn various angles of attack, disarms, sensitivity drills and sparring! Also taught is Arnis combative empty-hand fight strategies & empty-hand combinations including intercepting attacks with various weapons. This Modern Arnis system is Street-Combative yet very easy to learn!

Belt Levels:

White to Yellow Belt:
5 and 12 Stick angles of attack, power strikes, Blocks, Disarms, Long, Medium, and Close Ranges of Stick Fighting!

Yellow Belt 1-Stripe:
This level teaches you Arnis; Footwork, The Fighting Measure, Empty-Hand Interception, Intercepting with various weaponry (Stick, Knife, & Sword), Destructions, Weapon & Empty-Hand Relationship, Street combative Clinch-Fighting, Combative Empty-Hand combinations (including basic Wrist, Arm, & Leg-Locks), Basic Sweeps & Take-downs, & Street Self-Defense scenarios!

Green Belt:
5 and 12 Knife angles of attack, Knife to Knife disarms, Empty Hand disarms and Sensitivity Drills!

1st Dan Black Belt:
Double Stick Drills, Empty Hand relationship to the Double Stick drills, Double Stick attacks using kicking and Knee Strikes!
