This authentic sport/traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) 5-DVD system teaches you all of the requirements to test for your Purple Belt 4-Stripes Apprentice-Instructor certification in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! This course is instructed by Sensei-Mike Govich (2nd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a certified BJJ Self-Defense Instructor) and his students.

This series contains more advanced Ground-fighting Gi Submissions (Chokes & Arm Locks) including brutal Leg Locks! You will learn many BJJ Freestyle (No-Gi) Ground-fighting techniques, and Freestyle Judo & Wrestling Throws/Take-downs. You will also receive a Bonus “Rubber Guard” DVD!! Upon completion of your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple Belt 4-Stripes Test you will also receive a Purple Belt 4-Stripes certification in BJJ Freestyle (No-Gi BJJ)! This is a 2 in 1 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu certification course!!!
