This MMA-Wrestling (Black Belt Equivalent) Basic-Instructor course combines Takedowns, Throws, Sweeps, & Drills inspired from; Greco Roman, Freestyle Wrestling, Freestyle Judo, Shooto, Brazilian Vale Tudo, & Dumog (Filipino Wrestling)! You will see Coach-Mike (Certified Instructor in Judo, Catch Wrestling, Submission Wrestling, Shoot Wrestling) instruct Amateur MMA fighter students step-by-step on how to pull off multiple (no-gi) takedowns vs. various styles of fighters.

This is not a formal Wrestling Coach certification course but a modified wrestling system teaching you multiple takedowns needed for cage fighting or submission wrestling competition! This is a simple wrestling system that anyone can learn and at their own pace!
