You will also learn multiple Throws, Takedowns, & Sweeps from various Wrestling, Shooto, Vale Tudo, & Judo systems! Also taught is advanced Standing Wrist & Arm locks into Takedowns.  To top off this awesome C.W.C. system; you will learn many Advanced “Muay Thai Kickboxing” techniques including how to integrate devastating Elbow techniques to various Ground-fighting positions that are illegal in Cage Fighting!
