This simple yet combative Kempo mini-course is based on: Dragon Kenpo Karate, Kali-Silat, and Bruce Lee’s Jun Fan Gung Fu. This unique system takes traditional techniques and modified them into what is functional for Street Self-Defense! So, whether you are 5 years old or 85 years old this mini-course is something that the entire family can learn together and in the privacy of their own home! Topics taught are; Stretching, Stances, Hand Strikes, Blocks, Destructions, Lead & Rear Barrier Hand-Trapping, Kicking, Clinch Knee Strikes, Standing Submissions, Takedowns, & Street Self-Defense! This modern Kempo Karate 1 DVD system can be practiced with or without wearing a Gi (uniform)!
