This Filipino Escrima Yellow Belt thru 3^rd Degree Black Belt/Full-Instructor 7-DVD Course teaches you basic; Footwork, The Fighting Measure, Empty-Hand Interception, Intercepting with various weaponry (Stick, Knife, & Sword), Destructions, Weapon & Empty-Hand Relationship, Street combative Clinch-Fighting, Combative Empty-Hand combinations (including basic Wrist, Arm, & Leg-Locks), Basic Sweeps & Take-downs, Standing Submissions (Wrist, Arm, & Head Locks), & Street Self-Defense scenarios. The 5 and 12 Stick and Knife angles of attack, power strikes, Blocks, Disarms, Long, Medium, and Close Ranges of Stick Fighting.
