You will learn; coordination drills, numbering systems, striking methods, intercepting, blocks, combinations, sweeps, choking, disarms, pushing techniques, Staff Abecedario/Numerado Drills, plus Staff fighting with kicking methods. You will learn how to use your staff to fight against the; Stick, Sword, Knife, & Staff.
