Hapkido (Korean Aikijujitsu) curriculum requirements to 1st dan black belt & is delivered on 3-DVDs. This Hapkido system blends traditional korean hapkido methods with modern combative techniques! You will learn various stances, hand & leg strikes, combinations, including throws, sweeps, chokes, wrist, arm & leg locks. You will also learn how to fight on the Ground using both strikes & submissions. This comprehensive course gives the technical foundation for mastering on progressing in Korea’s dynamic Grappling & Striking Art! You will also learn the hidden meaning of forms and traditional Blocks and how they are actually used as grappling techniques leading into pressure points! Also taught is Rolling & Falling Techniques!
