This Phase-1 through Apprentice-Instructor level of certification in Jeet Kune Do (including The Rapid Assault Tactics Apprentice & Associate Instructor levels) lays a solid foundation in Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jeet Kune Do Concepts. Included are Wing Chun Kung Fu, Jun Fan Kick Boxing, R.A.T., Kino Mutai (Combative Filipino system of Eye Gouging & Biting), Catch-Wrestling, Submission Wrestling (Wrestling & No-Gi BJJ), Dumog (Filipino Wrestling), & Shoot Wrestling (Japanese MMA). Learn to make your strikes more powerful with basic principles of Wing Chun and Boxing combined (Including The 1 and 3 Inch Punch). You will also learn the weaponry of Arnis (Filipino Martial Arts). Included is defense against Multiple Attackers & Sparring (light-contact and full-contact).
