This JKD-Combatives Basic-Instructor/1st Degree Black Belt course is rooted in Bruce Lee’s Jun Fan Gung Fu and Jeet Kune Do Concepts.  This system teaches you basic; Wing Chun Kung Fu/Jun Fan Gung Fu Theories, Hand Strikes, Boxing Punches & Fighting Tactics, Kicking, Trapping/Clinch Range, Footwork, Blocking, Chi Sao (Sensitivity Drills), 2 Kung Fu/Gung Fu Forms (Kons), Catch-Wrestling Clinch Takedowns, Standing Jujitsu Submissions, Catch-Wrestling/Submission Grappling Ground Fighting Positions, Submissions & Reversals, basic Krav Maga Street Fighting Awareness Drills, Self-Defense vs. various street scenarios (Surprise Attacks, Holds, Gun & Knife Attacks), Combinations and Intercepting Drills! You will learn basic Kenpo Karate/Arnis Single Stick Fighting, including the offensive & defensive use of “The Kubotan (Short-Stick)!”

This is not a formal Jeet Kune Do system, but this is a crash course in Bruce Lee’s Fighting Methods & Principles; also integrating various martial arts system’s techniques that is not commonly taught by typical JKD Instructors!

Traditionally, there are no “Belt Ranks” given in Jeet Kune Do. However,  the JKD-Combatives system allows Traditional Martial Arts practitioners to rank their students via a Belt Ranking system! This combative yet easy-to-learn system is delivered on 15-DVDs. And upon completion of your JKD-Combatives Basic-Instructor/1st Degree Black Belt Test; you will also receive a Phase-1 Rank in Jeet Kune Do…this is a 2 in 1 certification course!!!
