This 11-DVD, 6 belt level 1st Dan Black Belt “Judo Furisutairu (Freestyle)” course covers everything from basic Gi and No-Gi Techniques! Topics taught are: Stances, Footwork, Throws, Sweeps, and Takedowns such as; Osoto Gari, Ogoshi, Kube Nage, Ippon Seoi Nage, Morote Seoi Nage, Drop Seoi Nage, Ko Uchi Gari, Shiho Naga, and so much more! Also taught is Kuzushi Drills to develop the perfect balance in order to Throw and Counter-Throw!

You will learn various Ground Fighting Positions such as the; Mount, Side Mount, Guard, 1/2 Guard, Open Guard, Knee on the Stomach, Scarf-Hold, North & South, and the Reverse Sit-Out position. You will also learn Submissions (Chokes, Arm & Leg Locks), Judo Control Drills, Falls & Rolls, and Street Self-Defense! This unique (Gi & No-Gi) Judo course was designed for Judo Competition, Street Self-Defense and Submission Grappling Tournaments…including MMA! Also included is a Grappling Drills segment to prepare you for competition.

This is not Traditional Judo but a free-form version using Gi and No-Gi Techniques. This Judo Freestyle system is a simple yet effective course that anyone can learn at their own pace!
