DVD #1 TAKEDOWNS & THROWS:

This advanced DVD covers various Judo & Freestyle Wrestling takedowns and groundfighting. You will learn how to problem solve when in the sprawl with various body locks like the double over, double under, under/over, and reversals. Takedowns covered include the single leg, swing single, cutting corner, double leg and others. We also teach American Wrestling whizzer techniques vs. Brazilian Vale Tudo Takedowns and we end with the science of Brazilian-Vale Tudo throws & Takedowns for MMA competition…

DVD #2 JUDO/WRESTLING CONDITIONING:

This is a course on Wrestling/Judo grappling conditioning drills. You will learn various techniques designed to strengthen your neck, back and core muscles including Plyometric exercises for explosive power, hand grips, wrestling principles, set-ups, mobility, penetration, lifting techniques, wrestler’s fight strategy vs. strikers and much more!

DVD #3 GROUND-FIGHTING:

This advanced level DVD combines no-gi Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Submission Wrestling techniques, including unique methods from Shoot Boxing & Catch Wrestling. You will learn the Spider Guard A.K.A. the “De la Riva Guard”, advanced defenses against rear naked chokes, neck cranks, rolling crucifix, rolling triangle, rolling armbar, Go-Go Plata, the Killer “Peruvian Necktie” & Unique Wrist Locks from Japanese Jujitsu that is modified for Ground-Fighting Positions!
