This 4th Dan Black Belt “Judo Furisutairu (Freestyle)” course teaches you street-combative Karate Strikes. Typically in traditional Judo, Strikes are not taught until the higher levels due to Judo tournament rules. However, that does not mean that strikes are not formally taught in Judo. With this Judo system you will learn to do it all! You will learn Footwork, how to read an attackers posture, Hand strikes, Blocks, Kicks, Clinch-Fighting (Elbow & Knee strikes), Body Mechanics, how to generate power, and Total Body Targets! This 4^th Dan course is delivered onto 1 DVD.
