Krav Maga (Hebrew for Close Combat) Combat Grappling combines basic Wrestling techniques, Japanese Shooto (aka Shoot Wrestling) techniques, Jujitsu & BJJ (No-Gi) techniques, Basic Grappling Drills, and Kino Mutai for the ground (combative Filipino system of eye gouging and biting). You will learn Shooto Grappling (Neck Cranks, Chokes, Wrist & Arm Locks) & Leg Locking techniques. Also taught are various Takedowns & Throws, Ground Positions with their basic Submissions and Counters. You will also learn multiple Standing Submissions & Defense, including combative strikes (punches, kicks, elbow & knee strikes) and combos!
