Description

This 3-DVD mini-course is an aggressive style of grappling created for street self-defense, submission grappling or MMA competition. This is a snap, no tap grappling system blending techniques from; Chin Na (Chinese Locking), Submission Grappling, & Mixed Martial Arts! This system teaches you the Ground & Pound fight strategy and You will learn to take various ground fighting positions and turn them into an offensive strategy (including ground defense & trapping). Also taught are ground sparring drills.

This advanced system also teaches you various Ground fighting positions such as the; Mount, Guard, Cross Mount, Back Position, Knee on the Stomach, North & South, & the Turtle Position including their Submissions & Counters. You will also learn The Wrestler’s Clinch using the Arm Drag into various Takedowns landing into both upper & lower body submissions. The difference between this system and BJJ is that you will use various strikes to take out an opponent including the ability to submit with various Chokes, Arm & Leg locks! This course also teaches you Basic Grappling Drills. This mini-course is delivered on 3 DVD’s.
