Kyuk Tooki certification covering all requirements to 1st Dan Black Belt. Kyuk Tooki (aka Korean Muay Thai Kickboxing) is a well rounded course for any KMA homestudy student.This 4-DVD set covers all the basic applications to get you started in Kyuk Tooki and for getting a Kyuktooki class started in your area.
The first 2 DVD’s teaches you all of the basic punches, blocks, kicks & clinch fighting (elbows & knees).This system is similar to Japanese Shootboxing but with an edge! This was designed for both kickboxing tournaments or street self-defense!
The third DVD covers basic ground survival, basic sweeps, throws & takedowns, including how to train kickboxing sparring in 4 levels from basic to advanced. A must for all KMA practitioners
In the fourth DVD you will learn Grappling Drills, Rolling & Falling Techniques including warm-ups & stretching methods!
