Rapid Assault Tactics (Associate-Instructor) Course

Description

In this level, defend yourself on the ground. Learn the basic aspects of sport groundfighting first and then, the combative & brutal ways to defend yourself on the ground against assailants and skilled grapplers!

Basic No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu grappling and the vicious Filipino system of Kino-Mutai (Science of eye gouging and Biting) are taught in this level! The 2nd DVD teaches you Basic Grappling Drills commonly taught in Wrestling and in BJJ in order to teach you how to properly Sprawl vs. a Single or Double Leg Takedown, Knee over Toe Drill, Clinch Drill and the Hip Escape Drill. Also taught are Falling and Rolling Drills! On the 3rd DVD you will learn “Street” Grappling & Ground-fighting using Takedowns and Ground & Pound methods and Submissions in various ground positions. The 4th DVD teaches you Catch-Wrestling Clinch Takedowns into basic submissions!
