This S.S.F. Apprentice-Instructor (1st Degree Black Belt Equivalent) course is rooted in Bruce Lee’s Jun Fan Gung Fu, Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Kenpo Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, and the brutal Rapid Assault Tactics (aka R.A.T.) system that was created and taught decades ago to The Navy Seals Six Team! This system teaches you basic; Jun Fan Gung Fu Theories, Awareness Drills for the Street, Hand Strikes, Boxing Punches, Brutal Street Fighting Tactics, Kicking, Trapping/Clinch Range, Footwork, Blocking, Chi Sao (Sensitivity Drills), Wrestling Takedowns Defense,  Combative Ground-fighting, Ground-fighting positions, submissions & reversals, Throws , Sweeps, & Takedowns, Grappling Drills, Standing Jujitsu Submissions, Sparring Drills, Combinations and Intercepting Drills! You will learn “Street Self-Defense” scenarios vs. various Holds/Grabs, Defense vs. surprise attacks, and Defense vs. the Gun & the Knife attacks!
