This unique No-Gi (non uniform) 7-DVD Mixed Martial Arts system is a perfect blend of: Shooto (Japanese MMA aka Shoot Wrestling), Japanese Pancrase: Hybrid Wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Freestyle!

You will learn basic; Shooto & Pancrase Stand-up strikes, Footwork, Combinations, Takedowns, Sweeps, & Throws;  and Shooto & BJJ Ground-fighting Positions, Submissions, & Defense from the: Mount, Mount variations,  Back Position, Guard, ½ Guard, Open Guard, Side Control, Turtle position, Knee on the Belly, Reverse Sit-Out position, and The Scarf-Hold Position.  The Ground-fighting submissions taught are: Chokes, Neck Cranks, Wrist & Arm locks, and Foot, Ankle, & Leg locks!  You will also be taught basic Wrestling Drills, Grappling Drills, Stretching, and Rolls & Falls!
