From (No-Gi) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Shoot Wrestling, Judo, & Catch Wrestling you will learn Ground Fighting positions like the; Mount, Rear Mount, Cross Mount, Knee on the Stomach, North & South, Scarf-Hold, Closed Guard, Open Guard, Butterfly Guard, 1/2 Guard & the Turtle Position.
