In this 11-DVD Weapons Master-Instructor course teaches you; Chinese, Filipino, Korean, & Japanese weaponry such as the: Stick, Short Stick, Double Sticks, Cane, Staff, Long Pole, Knife, and the Sword. You will learn; numbering systems, striking methods, disarms, sensitivity drills, total body targets, lethal strikes & targets, blocks vs. weapons or vs. empty hand strikes (punches or kicks), the science of pressure points/nerve attacks, ground attacks, combat combinations, sweeps & takedowns, locks (wrist, arm & ankle), & choking techniques. You will also learn how to spar with various weaponry! As an added bonus; you will also learn multiple Street Self-Defense empty hand scenarios from the Korean Martial Arts system of Hosinsul TKD!
