This 6-DVD Women’s Self-Defense & Rape Prevention home study 2^nd Dan Black Belt thru 5^th Dan Black Belt/Master-Instructor certification course teaches you the art of grappling & ground-fighting!

 You will learn to have a solid foundation in basic: Judo, Jujutsu, & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques! You will learn multiple Throws & Takedowns, Grappling Drills, multiple Ground-Fighting Positions, Submissions & Counters, including standing submissions (Wrist & Arm locks). This is a Gi (uniform) system, but as an alternative you can simply use a Jacket, Flannel, even a short or long sleeve shirt when training in this system! As an added Bonus; there is only one Test fee (if you send your video Test all at once)!
