Description

This 3rd Dan Black Belt “Yudo Freestyle” course teaches you street-combative Karate Strikes. Typically in traditional Judo/Yudo, Strikes are not taught until the higher levels due to Judo tournament rules. However, that does not mean that strikes are not formally taught in Judo/Yudo. With this Yudo system you will learn to do it all! You will learn Footwork, how to read an attackers posture, Hand strikes, Blocks, Kicks, Clinch-Fighting (Elbow & Knee strikes), Body Mechanics, how to generate power, and Total Body Targets! This 3rd Dan course is delivered onto 1 DVD.
